Have the same problem, if I go into extensions and turn off the rewrite, I get the forms back but the recaptpa has a bad link to index.php

Also JoomSEF seem to no finds soem of my articles that i have under a standalone menu.

So having to turn off JoomSEF as its better to have a working site.
