I refer to topic #48280 which is now locked and i have been referred to your paid support for on an evaluation question.

It's unfortunate that I will not not even evaluate your product for an upcoming project due to the performance I get from your module. Why would I pay for support for software that I don't know I want to purchase due to poor performance. This type of support really doesn't give a very good first impression!

Original question:
So far I am liking the Bookit application for my needs, I do however have grave concerns about the overall performance of the system. I have created a new clean install of the latest joomla and installed Bookit. When viewing normal joomla content the system responds fast as expected. When viewing a bookit calendar or using the bookit backend the performance is terrible. It takes several seconds before content is displayed.

Is this normal or is there something configurable that would improve performance? With the current situation I wouldn't even consider using this it for a live site.
