i tried multiple access level with joomdoc3 but it did not perfactly applied.or might be iam doing some mistake.
i created 4 group/level
individually user of particular group can access to their documents if user donot belong to that group cannot access.but i required to user can access multiple group.with few feature not all feature.
ex.user1 -group-marketing have full authorization to access marketing group . & not have permission to acess system group
user2-group-system , have full authorization to access system group but i need to also give acess to Marketing group with some feature.


multiple grouping access is not applying ...how to do so.

i searched all option but i didnot found to create folder from client side(front end).if client wants to put their file in new folder then how he will.so my suggest is to give facility user to "add new folder" from front end

i just jinstalled joomdoc when i clicked on Migration tab.it gives error
In your database aren't tables of DocMAN or JoomDOC2 or tables set is imcomplete. Migration is impossible. Migrator need xlt10_docman, xlt10_docman_groups, xlt10_docman_history, xlt10_docman_licenses, xlt10_docman_log from DocMAN or xlt10_joomdoc2, xlt10_joomdoc2_groups, xlt10_joomdoc2_history, xlt10_joomdoc2_licenses, xlt10_joomdoc2_log from JoomDOC2.

what does it means..

i just download and and tried in joomla2.5 ...but iam stillnot able to see from frontend in public level.only admin can view and acess ....i followd your path but still not able to view and getting 403 error..
please provide me clear step how to solve this issue
