I am trying to upgrade my sole installation of JomSEF to the new 3.3.3 version, but when I try use the online upgrade via the server the site times out and goes blank.

I have confirmed that furl is open, this is a private VPS.

I am going insane on this.... I am using the jportfolio to try and show my portfolio of clients I have worked on. I told the primary component link to be /clients.html and then each client to have a specific url /clients/clientsname.html

Well joomSEF is writing ALL the clients pages to /clients.html so only one of my clients in the portfolio comes up now.

See screenshot of the problem, you will see that each project has it's own unique URL, and there is no reason that joomSEF should be rewriting all pages to the same thing.

ps... this does not happen with sh404 and I have the paid version of 3.2.1 installed.
