I want do day reservation but i see (on frontend) it's only possible save from 1:00 AM to 2:00 AM

Reservation and Confirm
I want manually confirm the reservation for one different car in my rent catalogue.
How can simple solve this problem ?
Is there the possibility of "pending reservation state" after confirm the booking ?
Can i confirm or not by backend ?
