Can you see your customer's email addresses in "Customers"? - if I allow booking with no registration/login their email addresses do not show under "Customers" - so then you can't contact them to re-arrange a booking for any reason.

I have now managed to set up 30 minutes and 60 minutes bookings - thank you.

But...

I have also set a gap time of 15 minutes - so now in the Calendar when someone books a 60 minute session the price shows correctly - but the time shows as 75 minutes... - i.e. the calendar is adding the 15 minute gap time to the 1 hour booking

I need to set up bookings for telephone/skype appointments in block of 30 minutes, so customers can book either a 30 minute or a 60 minute appointment - But I also need to have a 15 minute gap between any two appointments...

I have not found anyway to do this in Bookit2 - as the system only offers me "hourly" or "daily" options

Is it possible?
