I purchased the product FusionCharts 2 days back (Order No 23738) and I have been trying to generate a chart on my Joomla 1.7 website hosted on GoDaddy shared hosting with MySQL 5.0 database. I get the error message: Could not connect to MySQL

Please let me know where the problem is. I have given the Host as the GoDaddy Server address for shared hosting resource and it looks like this:

databasename.db.somenumber.hostedresource.com

I tried 'localhost', it did not work. I tried my domain name and this too did not work
