But how to handle this.. one credit note is related to one invoice.. e.G. I have to credit a customer one item due to defect.. how can I do this with new possibility of doing credit notes?

1) I have no Logo on my invoices!? I set it to "on" .. but it's not visible.
2) I need the Joomla/VM User ID instead of customer No. (it's to long!) how can I set this?
3) In VM Account of the user I have the Order No. instead of Invoice No. how can I change this?
4 in front of the Name I have the english Word Mr / or Mrs !? Don't need this... or need this in german... In VM it's translated right!
