Is it possible to have an answer from Artio ?

We have bought the joomdoc enterprise 4 versione but after having configured and created folder joomla throw this error: Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in ..administrator/components/com_joomdoc/libraries/joomdoc/filesystem/filesystem.php on line 75.

Googling it seems a space char problem in the folder name. If we create a folder seems working but after a while joomla display the error above.
