Thats what I'm asking myself as well! The support is really poor!

I bought the component alredy for 2 clients and 404 is not working as well!!!!

I disabled the component in the extension manager! But unfortunately, it didnt help!

Additional comment:
If I change the text of the custom redirect page, its not saving it. The text gets overwritten by the standart text every time.

I cant get the 404 function working, even if i disable the Joomla 1.6 redirect component and plugin!

I have the same problem!!!!!!

Its always leading to /component/content/category with a 404 Page i've never seen before.

I have no idea what to do!!!
