With the old version of joomdoc.php we have tree in the administration of joomla and we can show files in front office like screensho1.jpg but we can't create subfolder.

With the new version of joomdoc.php we can create subfolder but we can't show files in front office like screenshot2.jpg

The problem is that with the new file, the tree is visible in the back-end without problem but that on the front-end the visitors do not see files.
