I have the same pb with my URLs in module menus (categ1/categ2/title.html/categ1/categ2.html)

do you still have this pb ? did you try another SEF component ?

joomsef 4.0.9 / joomla 1.6.5 urls pb in menu (using alias or title)

In my main menu sef links are generated as: categ1/catge2/alias.html/catege1/categ2.html leading to 404

What's strange is that using a t3 tempalte the links in the megaMenu are ok !! (categ1/catge2/alias.html) and that internal link are also OK

updated to 4.0.9 : seems better ...

but dest page stills has internal link to itself : not nice

I will fix this tomorrow

So far I noticed, it doesn't seems to be able to set a strategy for links, but thht would be very useful

let me explain
2 words (in this order)

Advanced Open Water
Open Water

In the article: blabla .. Advanced Open Water ... bla bla

It is actually Open Water that is taken to create a link (an not Advanced Open Water ...) : strange ..

Actually trying joomsef 4.0.7 with joomla 1.6.5.

Links to an article from text not handled by joomsef (seems self understanding), so the internal links feature seems to be a very good idea.

But : actually if a have a word in the dest URL, joomsef creates a link from the article to itself !!

example : word car sending to url ..../cars.html

in the cars article each time I have the word "car", it creates a link to the page

Bug ? or did I miss a configuration issue?
