When will you support VM3?

I can't get status updates to work.

Everything else works fine.
Sending the invoice by email works.
Sending the delivery not by email works.
Even the automatic sending of invoices.

Just not the status updates.

I setup Joomla to send emails through SMTP.

Any idea what could be wrong?

A reply from "Customer Support" would be nice.

When I use a filter and then edit an order, VM Invoice does not remember the last filter settings, but show all orders again.
