Hi,

I am using book iT v2 with FaLang to translate the content (booking items, properties, etc...).

But I cannot find where do I put the email translation, for example for "E-mail sent to a customer after reservation".

Where should I go?

This is fixed now: it appears that the Configuration > Custom fields, with the related filed names were hidden, on purpose. But it prevents the system to work as expected. "hidden" seems very restrictive!! Any way, with First name, Surname, and Email set to optional, it works.

HI,

These reservations were created after the customer account creation.

I noticed the issue while testing and setting up the component. So I wanted to make sure, and started like the normal workflow that will happen once live in production: New user in Joomla created from back end by System admin; the user is able to access some sections only when logged in. For Book it component, it is set up "Customer has to Login or Register Before Reserving" to Yes, "Enable new registration" to No.

I think you should be able to reproduce it, as I only changed a few settings from the default install with Sample Data.

Hi,

When booking from a new user, created with the plugin "User - Artio Booking" enable, the Customer name is populated:








But no name in the reservation list view in back end!





I can see the problem when I edit the reservation from back end: Family name is empty!!




It is very annoying when creating new users... Can you fix this please?
