Yes I understand that and have seen the setting - the problem however is not the invoice sent to client, but the automatic invoice sent to administrator email. Is it possible somehow override it to some language other than default site language / customer front end chosen language.
The goal is to have admin invoice in English always. The client invoice however is not that important, it can be whatever the client chooses or default site lang. etc.

Hello,

I see in the invoice configuration there is a sentence: "You can enclose language strings by square brackets to be translated, and even specify language file which have to be loaded (e.g.[com_content:Article])."
Can you please elaborate on this?
I have a site in Russian language set as default, but now the customer needs invoices sent only in English which is not my default fallback language and the setting under Page appearance does not help me in this scenario ... I am wondering whether the above mentioned method can help me out and I can maybe override the invoice strings manually under Invoice Template configuration so that ex. {supplements_en-GB} would bring up the English translation, or smt similar ...?

Here's a copy of what I use - It's not perfect, but it's something. It's done with Bing automatic translations API and I've corrected only a few lines. Hope it helps.

Any tips on how to solve this or is it maybe my own error in understanding the setting maybe? I can't imagine it's my own mistake, as in under no circumstances I need the reservation start on Saturday, only on Friday.

I just want to add one option for weekly (7 days, Fri -to Fri) mandatory reserv. and other (3 days, Fri - Sun) mandatory reservations. Since they overlap, I've selected the "Single Reservation Type Only" check-box also.
There might be every day reservation added later, but that's not relevant at the moment I guess. And whenever I try to make Friday as a mandatory starting day of the reservation for both options, it just corrects itself and basically ignores my input ... Any thoughts on this.

Hello,

I am trying to save Reserv. Settings - Fix. Limit to custom values, but after save it just reverts back to whatever it sees suitable :) and not really complying with my input. What gives? :)

Any update on what needs to be done in order to get this working properly. I must admin tho, I am not missing any settings or functions, as my requirements at the moment are very simple - send out automatic invoice with reserv. email and print from back-end. However the site is not yet live and client has not yet approved it, so not to take any chances, I'd rather get this working properly from the start, to avoid any nerve wrecking later on.

Is there any way to add different tax rates for different supplements / extras - I have no idea why my client needs this, but apparently in Finland there are some weird tax laws?!

Or maybe I can manually somehow implement this?

Hello,

Purchased and downloaded the PDF Invoice add-on for Book it! but it seems I cannot register the download ID for the component, since it gives me an error when inside ARTIO Booking & Reservations Invoice and pressing upper right corner Options I get: 500 - An error has occurred. XML file did not load Return to Control Panel
Any tips on how to resolve this, since I cannot get into the Options at all, I am guessing, I am missing some configuration options such as Download ID etc.

*I've uninstalled and reinstalled already few times, cleared cache and so on, so the obvious fixes have not worked.

Any help is appreciated.

One other thing (if someone needs pointers for upgrading to paid): Refresh the database in "Error Log" section and then payment methods show up, otherwise the list is empty, even though the plugins are enabled.

I am sure these pointers are written somewhere, but if you are anything like me - not really reading through the manuals unless it's the last resort, then this thread might help out a little. :)

Ok, got it. Just add your download ID in settings, check for updates, and done. Keep your old .css (and if edited other layout files) handy so you can easily restore the design.

As in the title, I'd like to know how to safest upgrade to paid version without losing data and settings etc.
I already tried to install over the free version, but no luck. So I uninstalled the old ver. and installed paid, but this has lost all my settings and does not seem to be the correct way to do this ether. I've looked through the forums, searched the pdf which came with the download, but here I am now... :)
I've restored the free version, so I can pretty much start over again with your help.
