log into your web site at www.YourWebSite.com/administrator

Go to Components

down to: Artio JoomSEF

When the component loads, take a look at the upper right corner of your screen and look for icons that say 'Install', 'Uninstall','Upgrade', 'Back'.

Click the 'Install' icon.

Install your extension.

That should do it.

Been trying to resolve this issue myself, and wanted to report some progress.

I had

BOTH

Intershipper and Standard Shipping turned on. Get to check out with ArtioSEF turned on, and the system kicks out the error above.

I turned Intershipper shipping module OFF in Virtuemart, and the checkout process works perfectly with ArtioSEF turned ON.

Digging deeper, it appears there is a bug in Virtuemart's Intershipper shipping module. Virtuemart forums seem to support that Virtuemart's Intershipper shipping module will be fixed in the next release.

Anyone have other advice?

I have the current version of the virtuemart installed. During check out, the following error is generated:

Please select a Shipping Method!

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/XXXXX/public_html/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/classes/shipping/intershipper.php on line 332

Turning off ArtioSEF, and one can check out just fine.
