I appreciate very much your work at Artio but you have a lousy system of communicating your products and even more strange way of showing how to use them.

I am still using Joomsef 3 and I am migrating my website to Joomla 2.5 and of course that I need to migrate my urls. For that I purchased an Joomsef 4 Upgrade. Actually UPGRADE means that a component gets to upgrade and Joomsef 4 Upgrade is nothing but an upgrade of my membership.

In my ignorance I understood that with this component for which I have paid 9,90 euros I could migrate the Joomsef 3 urls. Now I see that is a misunderstanding. I will have to purchase a new license soon and I will lose my old urls because I must move to Joomla 2.5. I know that I could import urls through database migration but that does not satisfy me.

Yes. It is outrageus for paying so much for so little documentation. I am looking forward to use a different extension like iJoomlaSEO, because artio gets me mad with this silence.

I am new to SEO but I can't understand why do I have on a clean new install of Joomla 1.5 with JoomSEF 3.8.2 a huge number of error in urls:

JoomSEF says now that I have

And also Google Webmasters are telling me that I have this situation:

And I don't understand why google still has urls from my website that don't exist anymore.

IT SUPPOSED TO BE MORE SIMPLE. RIGHT? INSTALL AND MARCHING...

Please give me some advice because soon I'll get my PHD in SEO studying Forums. Joking

I also had installed Joomsef and it works fine but it has created me about 6000 bad links - 404 urls.

I don't understand why.

My ordering number for the paid version of JOOMSEF is Order Number: 15422

My joomla websites strips the content articles which contain any special characters like "ă, â, î, ş, ţ".
I have tried a lot of solutions until now but none proved to be available.

I purchased JoomSEF and now I have the 3.8.1 version installed on my site www.romanul.eu

As you can see it is a page in romanian language which has special characters like "ă, â, î, ş, ţ" and also I have some sections in spanish that are with other special characters like "á, ó... ñ".

My PROBLEM is that after installing JOOMSEF and activating it I can't publish content with these characters. Joomla saves the article with the text until it gets to the special characters. Strips actually the text.

I have already activated these options "Allow UTF-8 characters in URL: YES" and "Non-ascii char replacements:" that lok like this: ???|A, ???|A, ???|A, ???|A, ???|A, ???|A, ???|A, ???|C, ???|C,....
Also I looked at the database in PHPmyAdmin to have the collation utf8_general_ci which includes romanian and spanish.

Right now I came out of solutions. Please help me. I need to save my articles with all the special characters from romanian and spanish.
