JoomSEF Version: 3.6.0
Community Builder 1.2.1
CB Extension for JoomSEF 2.0 (Up To Date)

When clicking on "User Profile" I get a blank page.
When I turn off SEF for Community Builder in JoomSEF control --> Manage Extensions it works correctly.

Am I losing anything else by turning off SEF for all of Community Builder? Is there a way to fix this without turning off SEF for community builder?

Thanks for any assistance!

Looks like this is a fix for Joomla 1.x?

I have Joomla 1.5 and have just started experiencing this issue.

There isn't a "Mambots" directory anymore in joomla 1.5, and I couldn't find the file referenced above to edit.

Has anyone figured out how to address this issue in Joomla 1.5?

Much appreciated!

Thanks for the response.

I was afraid of that.

A lot of times I create a new piece of content that I'm not putting on a menu or that I will eventually need to hard code the link into a custom html page, so it makes it difficult to guess what SEF URL JoomSEF will generate for that particular article.

It would be great if there was some way to click on a buttoon or look at the document properties and get the answer to "What is the JoomSEF URL for this article?"

Having to go to the back end is a little extra work, but oh wel....

Thanks!

I'm somewhat new to JoomSEF and SEF URL's in general, and was wondering if there is an easy way in Joomla 1.5 to find an article's SEF URL.

Today I created an uncategorized (i.e. static content) article, and wanted to get the JoomSEF URL for the article so that I could hard-code it into a custom HTML module on our front page.

I ended up having to go into Joomla Admin --> JoomSEF and filter by keyword, search through the results and find the SEF URL for that article that was generated by JoomSEF.

I was just thinking that there has to be a better way to find out the SEF URL for an article...?

Perhaps there is and I just don't know about it, but I was hoping someone out there has some advice.

Thanks!

I have tried turning off both and still get the error.

My site is www.fortheloveofport.com

If you click on one of the "Roy's Recent Tasting Notes" you can see what's happening.

Also, when you click on a link in the basic archives, you get the same issue.

Any additional thoughts?

Here are my current advanced config settings:
Exclude source info (Itemid) No
Reappend source (Itemid) No
Ignore multiple sources (Itemids) No
Append non-SEF variables to URL Yes
Be tolerant to trailing slash? Yes
Redirect nonSEF URLs to SEF? No
Use Moved Permanently redirection table? Yes
Ask before saving URL to Moved Permanently table? Yes
Do not remove SID from SEF URL? No

I installed ARTIO JoomSEF v2.2.7 on Joomla 1.0.11.

Everything seemed to go well. The site was up and running and I could see that the URLs were re-written to friendly formats.

I started getting a few users who were trying to access public pages (i.e. no registration or login required) and they are getting the message:

"You are not authorized to view this page. You need to log in." or something along those lines.

Any thoughts on what might be causing this?

Thanks
