Hi,

everytime i create an order manual from backend, the tax is not insert in the database.

In table xxx_virtuemart_orders the order_billTax get an entry of 0 instead of a normal calculation rule like {"5":{"virtuemart_calc_id":5,"calc_name":"MwSt (19%)","calc_value":"19.0000","result":1.420343}}.
So order_billTaxAmount is also 0.
The problem occures in version 2.0.43 and 2.0.44.

What could be the reason?
