No response despite the fact that I have a problem that prevents me from using the paid version - poor support!
My customer can't wait forever so I had to find a way around and posts it for others in the same situation:
- Global Configuration, Searchfriendly URLs: off , Use URL rewriting: off
- Components, ARTIO JoomSEF, Manage SEF URLs, All filtered, Export, Proceed
- Extentions, Extentionmanager, Manage, Select ARTIO JoomSEF (component), Uninstall
- Download ARTIO JoomSEF 4.5.1:
www.artio.net/downloads/joomla/joomsef
- Extentions, Extentionmanager, Install: Downloaded com_joomsef4-4.5.1.zip
- Components, ARTIO JoomSEF, Manage SEF URLs
Import: Select exported URLs-file
Configuration, register JoomSEF Download ID, Save
Upgrade, Online uppdate
.. done (no need for reinstall from ARTIO server)
- Global Configuration, Searchfriendly URLs: on , Use URL rewriting: on
JoomSEF banner is now gone from the site => paid version is active
