Yes, JoomSEF is allowed to access the site URLs and the robot.txt file is fine. The sitemap generator in this module worked fine when I first purchased it. Then I updated to the newest version and it stopped working. I uninstalled it, reinstalled the older version I'd purchased and redid all the settings and it's still not working.

Who knows? I hope so but I haven't heard anything and they don't provide a way of getting in touch with them that I've been able to find - other than forums.

Sorry to hear you're having the same trouble I am. I generated it with an xml site map generator I found on the web and put it in my root folder. It works for SEO purposes and is definitely better than nothing.

I have two problems.

1) When someone selects a "sort by" option on the category page they are redirected to the home page.

2) I have the paid version and my key is in the module but it won't generate a sitemap for me. Instead, it redirects to the Artio control panel.
