Cannot install component 14 years, 10 months ago #24942

Planting OFFLINE Posts: 17	Just bought and downloaded the component. Order ID 20392 using Joomla 1.5.24 getting error - There was an error uploading this file to the server. I have uninstalled the free version and dropped the database tables. Any ideas?

Planting OFFLINE Posts: 17	tmp folder permissions at 755 Other extensions have installed OK today on this site Just tried installing the component on another 2 of our joomla sites, same result.

jitr OFFLINE ARTIO Support Posts: 1430	It's upload problem. Maybe size of allowed upload. Try search in error log.

And i would like a solution to my problems and the fact that i have paid for an extension that does not work how it should and how it does in the free version.
