Hello There,

When we place the reservation we get the message " You can book only one Item. Previous is deleted Item was added to current reservation."

How can we prevent it

Hello,

you have probably set that customer can add only one bookable item during reservation.
You have to set it in global configuration/general/enable to more reservation / YES.

Thanks a lot..,

But when we click on More reservation link in reservation details page, the reserved items will not be shown.. Again you will have to book the previously booked items..

Hello,

to be honest, I am not sure if I understand you well. If you come back to make other reservation, your reserved items are not shown but remain saved in reservation.

Ok. But it should not allow to book that item again right??.. It allows in this case here..
Customer will be confused.. It should not allow him to book unless the session expires or he logged out without reserving..

Hi,

yes, you are right. Customer can not make the same reservation again.
