I then decided to do a clean install, including manually removing all the tables as your script does not do this !

Still got same problem

Can you advise please this is extremely frustating as it takes ages to configure and looks like poor testing

This warning should be not a problem. You have probably no properties set and php only warn about it.

Just go to Global Configuration and in tab Server change Error Reporting to None or Simple. I think Simple should show you only errors and not warings.
