Help please. My filter is not being displayed. It was previously when using the free version. After uninstalling and installing the paid version, I can't seem to get it to work.

Yes it does. I had it working when the free component was installed. I purchased the paid version. I uninstalled the free version. It said uninstallation was successful but failed to remove some files. I did not note which files those were. After I installed the paid version, that is when I started to have the problems. It seems as if the new installation was connected to the old database as the object description and pictures were still there. However, I had to do over the objects properties as the old ones were not being displayed although they were still in the back end. The filter also was not displayed. I have the property set to filterable and searchable. The configuration is also set to have the filter displayed. See images.

There was some changes. Did you try re-save all properties?
