We have just purchased the Book it! 2 product. We have just registered the product too. But the problem is that when we try to create a new payment method, we can’t do that because the “New” icon isn’t available.
Do you know witch could be the problem?

unfortunately, there is not possible to create a new payment method.
Payment Methods List is available in "Extensions-Plug in Manager-bookingpayment". Here you can set if is it enabled to pay by a certain payment method. Then you have to go back to configuration "Payment Methods" and you can edit existing method and set who can pay by it or no.

The problem is that the plugins are already enable but the list of the "Payments Methods" is empty.
Is it normal?

Did you change the status of the payment method you want to use it?
You should see all payment methods you published in the Plug in Manager.

You can also check table jos_booking_payment if there is row for each payment method.

Finally it works!
I had to refresh the database in "Error Log" section and then it worked.
