Hi good afternoon, I have been reading the manual and I see well that may be the problem that I have and explain below:

I have a fault ticket harry potter, this is visible all time " featured ticked is off"
and another ticket with the same parameters is not seen, is only visible if "featured ticket is on"

any ideas?
