Hello,

do you have this file in:
administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_etickets.ini ?
Do you have set english as default language in administration part of website?

Ok, I installed new version of eTickets and it works fine for me.
If you check admin language file, is there for example this translation?

COM_ETICKETS_IMAGES="Images"

I also see, you have 2 licences for eTickets. Did you reinstall old version with this new?
Version 2.2.0 was completely modified and there is also change in component name. Old one was named VM eTickets which was not correct for version 2 and language files used COM_VMETICKETS language prefix. New version is named correctly eTickets and use this language prefix: COM_ETICKETS.

Maybe your language files are still old and was not modified to new version?

Ok,

Can you enable language debug mode? Maybe it will show you any errors.
If I think about it, there should be probably only 2 possible problems:

1. modified language file with bug so it will be not parsed correctly.
2. rights for language file
