TOPIC: File Update doesn't work.

When I click on "update" icon on Joomdoc -> Files page:

1. If I upload a new file that has the same file name, I got error "Same file already exists".
2. If I upload a new file with different name, the system just basically upload the new file and doesn't delete or overwrite the old file.

Anyone experiences the same issue? Any fixes ?
