Hi.

I have recently moved a website from one hosting provider to another.
After this migration, all documents (PDF files) on their website are gone from the backend admin panel. They are still visible on the website, in the database and in the file structure of the website, but when a user clicks on them they get a "403 - Not Authorized" error. Permissions in the ACL are set as they were in the old environment. The documents root path is set correctly.
When uploading a new document, it's put in the correct folder and is visible in the admin panel. But all the old documents that were uploaded on the previous hosting provider are not showing up in the admin panel.
Database settings are set correctly in the "configuration.php" file and documents have a table in the database.

Hope someone can help!
