JoomDoc fresh install doesn't work 10 years, 7 months ago #40742

I purchased JoomDoc now, and installed it as per Documentation, when I access Artio Booking in Admin under Component I get a blank page with the following error:

The website encountered an error while retrieving 173.254.37.59/administrator/index.php?option=com_joomdoc. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
Error Code: 500

I am new here, I have no Idea where to get form here.

In the download package there is another file ext_joomsef4_joomdoc when i try to install this one, i get:
Unable to detect manifest file
Error installing COM_INSTALLER_TYPE_TYPE_SEF_EXT

Its frustrating really when you pay for something that doesn't work ... Can anyone kindly help ?

Hello

I got the same Problem with this installation and can't find the helping instruction.

I bought the JoomDOC 4 Pro.

I first installed the "com_joomdoc4_pro" without problems, but there ist another file "ext_joomsef4_joomdoc"
and there I get the same problem:

Unable to detect manifest file
Error installing COM_INSTALLER_TYPE_TYPE_SEF_EXT

Its frustrating really when you pay for something that doesn't work ... Can anyone kindly help ?

I would advise you to ask software developers in support team. They decide such problems. "PHP erstellt für Linux tux 137 3.12.0" It is technical side.
