I have a website running Joomla 1.0, and I need to update to 1.5 before I update to 2.5.

However, I'm using the Estate Agent (Joomla 1.0) component, and I have some SEO information assigned. When updating, I need to maintain that information assigned to the Estate Agent.

Do you mean that you need to preserve the SEF URLs or meta tags from JoomSEF? This is usually problematic, because components tend to use different real URLs structure, so they can't be directly imported from older JoomSEF.
