Since I had finally gotten one right, I made the decision to set up JoomSEF on another website. This time, the.htaccess file was not in the root directory after installation for reasons I cannot fathom. HTAcess.txt WAS present. I'm running Joomla's most recent version.

Cached data or cookies stored in your browser could be causing conflicts. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then reload the page.

If refreshing doesn't work, try accessing the page again after some time. The error might be due to temporary server overload or maintenance.
