When testing the product to see if I want to pay for it, I run into a huge problem, and get ZERO response all day. Absolutely not buying if this is how confident the programmers are in their product.

Hi,
The response time in our forum is usually in three business days. Paying customers have higher priority and you can also purchase JoomSEF with Priority support for 1 business day response time.
