Whenever I goto JOOMSEF Manage Extensions and I click on get extension for the virtuemart joomsef plugin, I get this error

Provided Download ID is not valid for the requested file: ext_joomsef4_virtuemart.zip. Please, make sure you are using valid Download ID for this product. (ext_joomsef_virtuemart.zip)

I have four download ID's and I have tried setting it to the Virtuemart SEF download ID in registration under the settings for the VM JoomSEF plugin. Same error when setting it to the SEF Bundle download id.

Why does the proper download ID not work?

STILL NO ANY ANSWERS - 2 WEEKS + 1 DAYS... THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE!

+ i wrote mail and contact to live support too (ha cant help..omg..)

So i cant update the bugged extension, cause dont have proper download ID, and the "professional" ARTIO download section never updated to newest VM bundle version!
