I wonder if this problem solved. I'd like to upgrade to 3.10.1 but i don't know if it is worth for that upgrade...

Hi,

Recently we've encountered a similar problem on some server that was configured to block the cURL functions. So even though the cURL was installed and enabled, JoomSEF couldn't use it, which caused Google Analytics access not to work.
So try to check with your web hosting company whether they block some cURL functions or outgoing connections in general from the server.
