The first URL doesn't contain option or Itemid variables at all, which is strange. I think that this can only be caused when JoomSEF thinks that option is a non-SEF variable, which happens when google bot tries to access strange URLs on your website.
Try setting the "Handle query variables as non-SEF" to "No" in JoomSEF's Configuration on the Advanced tab. Also enable the "URL Source Tracing" on the same tab, so we can trace the origin of such URLs if they're created next time.
You'll probably need to remove such wrong URLs manually.

It's also strange that home page is displayed for the second URL which looks OK. Maybe this is caused by the Itemid value. Try checking which menu item has the ID of 207.

ok, I did what you said, I hope now works fine,
id 207 is the forum home page.

I think any way I will like to buy one hour support if you think it will be ok to check the config on my site

now when i try to go to manage my sef urls in
www.sinsemillast.com/administrator/index...&task=updateurls i found just a blank page...

its a nightmare
