Hi,

One problem is that there's a CSS stylesheet linked with a relative URL, which doesn't work correctly with SEF URLs (not just JoomSEF, any SEF): modules/mod_hot_accordion/tmpl/hot_accordion.css
You can fix this by setting the "Set page base href value" option to "Yes - always use only base URL" in JoomSEF's Configuration on the Advanced tab.

Another problem is that your home page Itemid is being used for the search. You could probably fix this by creating a hidden menu item for the Search component in your Joomla. First create a new menu called for example "Hidden Menu" and then create a new menu item in it for the Search component. Leave it as published, but don't create a module for it. This menu item should then be used for search results, so you can assign any modules you want for that specific menu item.

I am doing exactly what you told me to do and I still got a problem with the site. I have at localhost the site working ok but when I upload it to the host I have nothing working. Except the home page and then all links are completely inactive. So I am going in the back office of joomla and I uninstall your component in order everything to be normal again.

Can you please advise?

I don't mind send you the whole website to you in order to check it. I cannot keep it online as you can understand with problems to every link

Hi,

If the website is working correctly on your localhost, there's some probably either with your production server configuration or with your upload process.
What do you mean by "all links are completely inactive"? Maybe your .htaccess file doesn't work correctly on your production server, or the use of .htaccess file is disabled.

We can check what's causing the problems on your production server directly as a paid support service. For pricing please see: www.artio.net/e-shop/support-services/joomla-support-1h
