Followed the directions here - www.artio.net/support-forums/joomsef/cus...onent-install-custom

But my sql doesn't contain the rows mentioned, therefore cannot delete them.

Still getting the following errors when trying to install

Error
Download ID not set.

Warning
Component Install: Custom install routine failure

Message
Error installing component

Really??? Nothing?

I know i haven't purchased formal support but I figured installing the component should be a no-brainer!
