I do have some issues with Artio JomSEF after upgrade to Joomla 2.5.6 and JOMSEF 4.2.8

It seems that Joomla is stripping the index.php in my non SEF URL so when I call the link like i.e. www.website.de/index.php?option=com_cont...id=67&Itemid=438 it will be automatically redirected to www.website.de/?option=com_content&v...id=67&Itemid=438

Then when I try to create a custom redirection for www.website.de/index.php?option=com_cont...id=67&Itemid=438 it does not work.

I think the problem is the stripping of index.php, so I would appreciate, if somebody could tell me, how to disable this.
Of course, any other advise would be most appreciated.

Hi,
In JoomSEF's Configuration on the Advanced tab (make sure that Professional mode is enabled to see it) set "Fix index.php links" to "No".
