This is pathetic customer service for a paid component ... I made to beg for support ... My site is pending upgrade becuase you guys are yet to reply ...

Refund the money for download id - f0233dae5e4e...

I will rather purchase sh404SEF . It may be expensive but I do not need to beg for support!

long over... you mean like 2 days?

The whole problem in your previous post is that you were using the incorrect Download ID. As btw. the error message clearly informed you.
