I have registered ARTIO SEF 4 for my site and installed. Everything appeared ok last week. But this week when I went to submit a new site map I get the message that this is only available with the registered version.
Checked my registration code and that is correct. Why am I getting this registration issue that is stopping me using this product?

downloaded from my account page and installed again and this time ok.
hopefully I don't have to download 100 times and install to make work everytime

Hi,
If you installed the free version first time, it's not enough to enter the registration code - the paid version package needs to be installed as you did by downloading it from your account page. Once the paid package is installed, you shouldn't need to install it again.

As mentioned I have downloaded ARTIO SEF from my order page and reinstalled but the registration code does not appear to be accepted. I have 100 downloads from the order page and I have already downloaded twice and down to 98.

The registration code is only needed for JoomSEF updating. The important part is to install the paid package, if that went well, you should be able to access the Sitemap page. Is the Sitemap page currently accessible?

actually I am able to access the sitemap today. Must have been a cache issue. Don't know why but was working originally when I installed but then stopped allowing access to sitemap.
But all appears ok now.
