in the rewrite url, joomsef the index.php are include in the url !!! and i dont want this !!!

exemple : www.mywebsite.com/index.php/xbox-360

and i want : www.mywebsite.com/xbox-360

Help me please

Hello,

this means that JoomSEF is not activated as it should be.
First of all, check that you have the "Use URL rewriting" setting in Joomla global configuration ENABLED.
This settings must be ON in order for JoomSEF to be functional.

You can btw. see the status at JoomSEF / Control Panel - check SEF Status tab on the right.

Hi,

First of all, open JoomSEF's Control panel and on the SEF Status tab check that everything is enabled. Then make sure to clear Joomla's caches - use menu Site -> Maintenance -> Clear cache.
