Hi,

You will probably need to use the regular expression to filter the URLs you don't want to be SEF. First disable SEF temporarily just to find out the original non-SEF form of the attachment URL. Then open K2 extension parameters from Manage Extensions page in JoomSEF and on the Common tab set "Do not SEF URLs matching regular expression" option to a regular expression that would match the attachment URL.
