I simply cannot make this combination work.

I have the mosets sef component.

I create a component link to mosets tree.

I click my newly made link, it opens the link database. All good.

Then when I go to click one of the categories, it just reloads the same page.

I checked the SEF urls, and it apparently creates the same link for all categories as the one for the front of artio SEF.

So if my non SEF url to Mosets tree is:

index.php?option=com_mtree&Itemid=60

then it will create the same :

index.php?option=com_mtree&Itemid=60

for all categories.

What to do What to do What to do....

Yeah. I have the same problem, so this must be a bug somewhere.

I have JoomSEF version 1.4 and SMF extension installed.

yep i have the same problem i posted this a while ago but Artio does not seem to care that it does not work with mtree

I've messed around with this so much, that I've no idea what went right, and what went wrong..

I uninstalled a module called mod_sef.

that fixed the problem.. I think.. I uninstalled a few other items at the same time...

I had this installed and working on my web site:

-Joomla 1.0.12 (latest)
- MOsets 1.59 (latest)
- Joomsef 1.3.1

Then I upgraded to Joomsef 1.4 and it started behaving exactly as martin described before:



I then tried to downgrade to Joomsef 1.3.3 and started working again. I don't know why but it does not work fine wiht latest Artio.

Try this, hopefully it will work for you.

By the way, maybe someone would help me: Artio Admin pages show wired characters: ¿½: instead of &quot;à&quot;, &quot;é&quot;, &quot;è&quot;, etc... I have french admin language. Any clues?

So anyone know of a non-hack/retrograde way to fix this issue?

Have been able to get SEF URLs working if I link to Mosets as a URL link, but then I can't display modules in that section only as there's no Itemid assigned.

So, big issue, and yet in a number of threads on this matter on the board no real solution offered by the Artio guys. Hello, are you out there??
