TOPIC: Expose gallery problem

Expose gallery problem 17 years ago #2035

It's working when index.php is included after the url but when i remove that and make it only 'images'..it gives me a blank page.

I was looking for a quick fix..
Anyone?

Hi,

do you mean removing it by manually editing the generated URL?

Hi,

so why don't you use the editing capability to edit the URL generated by JoomSEF "www.mysite.com/images/index.php " and rewrite it to whatever you want? E.g.: www.mysite.com/images/

Just note you cannot have 2 different SEF URLs for 1 original (non-sef) URL. So you have to choose whether you want to use just /images or /images/index.php.

The way how the autogenerated URL will look like may be affected in JoomSEF settings. E.g. you can change the index.php to index.html or anything else (also you may leave it empty).

Best regards,
