TOPIC: Getting rid of index.php

Getting rid of index.php 17 years, 4 months ago #1169

G'Day,

I am using 1.3.1 of JoomSEF and would like to get rid of index.php for the home page viz:

www.mysite.com instead of www.mysite.com/index.php. As well as for links that refer to a list content section or a table content category.

Making "Default index file." blank in the configuration or creating a custom URL alias without the index.php also don't work.

Amy pointers greatly appreciated.
