I used to have custom urls replacing a long url by www.mysite.org/welcome/ but since I upgrade to ARTIO 404SEF these links don't work anymore which is of course a real issue for me. Other custom links work well though.

Any idea what's wrong and how I can solve this issue?

not really, could you be a bit more specific? Maybe link to your site and examples of URLs that work and do not work would be fine.

Hopefully we may help you then. However, afaik there should be no changes in how the custom URLs are interpreted.
