the only hint I can give you is: try try try :) As it's working on my joomla site it generally should work on your site also. My way of fixing sef url problem is to try every possible setting. Perfect would be if you could set up a demo website somewhere else. There you could try to replicate this problem...

my site still have bad pagination errors.....
