siteholder	Hello! My site is in Russian Language, UTF-8 Encoding (utf8_general_ci) - MYSQL tables option. When I go to Meta tags Management , I see Descriptions and Keywords like This " ?????????? ???? ???? ,???? ????" What should I do?

Hello,

There shouldn't be any problem with russian characters in the 3.7.5 version of JoomSEF. Please make sure that your website is really using the UTF-8 encoding - there must be the following line in the website's source code:
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />

Also make sure that the jos_sefurls table in your database uses the UTF-8 encoding.
